Mahjong is a Chinese tile game.

We are a friendly/social group who meet at The Lighthouse, Weaverham at 2:00pm on the third Tuesday of each month.

We play a simplified Mahjong game with only a few Chinese words and no scoring.

New members are welcome. Introductory sessions are offered to enable complete beginners to learn the basics and join the main group. Once confident new members can also join the Mahjong 1 group.

There is a refreshment break at each session so members can mingle over tea/coffee and biscuits.
