The Archaeology Group meets in Owley Wood Recreation Club, Weaverham on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, 10:30 to 12:30.

The group has illustrated talks on many periods of archaeology given by the group leader, a retired archaeologist. Members also contribute to talks twice a year.'
Also, there are occasional day trips to museums or sites of interest. No knowledge is required, just an interest in Archaeology. Contact the group leader if you would like more information.
