This group is open to anyone interested in knowing more about Tai Chi. Please click on 'Leader' to send a message.
Whether you already practice, or are new to Tai Chi, our aim is to share and encourage each other to learn a gentle method of relaxation and exercise.
If you have never practiced Tai Chi, you can learn in a non-threatening, supportive environment. It requires no special equipment, just come along in comfortable clothes - loose-fitting trousers and top and flat footwear will be fine for the light, exercises.
The session will include the simple movement and breathing techniques of the 18 exercises of Chi Kung. There will also be an opportunity to learn the simplified Yang Style 10 step form.
BOTH THE 18 EXERCISES AND THE 10 STEP CAN BE DONE SEATED.
